1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Operator" or "We" or "Us" refers to b200m and its affiliated entities, licensors, and authorized agents.
• "User" or "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the Website, or uses any services provided by b200m.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use b200m services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. b200m operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. You represent that you are not prohibited by law from using online gaming services.
• Residency: While b200m primarily serves Indonesian players, you must ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your country, state, or region of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Account Restrictions: You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on b200m. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. Each Account must be registered in your own legal name and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party.
• Prohibited Persons: You may not use b200m if you are an employee, agent, or contractor of the Operator, a game provider, or any affiliated entity. Family members of such individuals may also be restricted from using the Platform.

4. Account Registration

To use b200m services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (IDR). You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and update such information promptly if it changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notify b200m immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• Complete identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) procedures when requested by uploading a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restricted Account functionality, including the inability to withdraw funds.

b200m reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: You may fund your Account using the payment methods supported by b200m, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and others) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available balance minus any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM WIB on weekdays) and within 30 minutes outside these hours.
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• There are no fees charged by b200m for deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): b200m complies with international AML regulations. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using legitimate, legally obtained funds. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, report suspicious transactions to authorities, and refuse to process withdrawals if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

b200m offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. Key bonus rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x depending on the promotion.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute only 10-20%.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in play, you may not place individual bets exceeding Rp 25,000 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: b200m reserves the right to cancel bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of software errors.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any given time. You may not combine bonuses or promotions.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

b200m is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. You may access responsible gaming tools at any time through your Account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or play.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period, and any attempts to open new accounts will be detected and closed.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

b200m is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in identity theft.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, using bots or automated software, exploiting software bugs, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing or threatening other players, customer support staff, or b200m employees through any communication channel.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your Account, or accessing another player's Account.
• Bonus Abuse: As defined in Section 6 above.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider without first contacting b200m customer support to resolve any disputes. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate Account closure and potential legal action.

b200m employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. We may request additional documentation, freeze Account balances, or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation.

9. Game Rules and RTP

All games offered on b200m are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are independently tested for fairness using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game has its own set of rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are available in the game information panel before you play. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

While b200m and our game providers strive to ensure all games function correctly, software errors, malfunctions, or disconnections may occasionally occur. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, b200m and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b200m is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations with b200m customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed.

By using b200m, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Operator.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding fees or obligations. b200m reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested.
• You are found to be underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.

In the event of Account termination, b200m may forfeit any remaining balance if the closure is due to a material breach of these Terms.
